AGREEMENT
By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, the LESSEE agrees that he/she has read and accepts all of the terms & conditions herein. If the Terms & Conditions are not acceptable, please decline them and do not continue to use our services. Any changes in the Terms & Conditions governing the lease/rental shall be agreed in writing by the LESSEE and LESSOR, and no verbal changes shall be deemed valid.
REFUNDS
Any refunds given will be paid in the same form of payment as the original rental reservation. Please allow 10 business days to process a refund. The LESSEE hereby understands that Blue Blood Golf Cart will not accept CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACKS, and the LESSEE shall bear the cost of all collection costs associated with CHARGE BACKS, and may furthermore be guilty of fraud if they are found to be challenging legitimate credit card charges. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree that any disputes arising from this rental agreement shall be first brought to the attention of the Rental Reservation Agent. If a resolution cannot be agreed, the complaint shall be directly handled with:

CANCELATION POLICY
7+ days prior to delivery: 100% refund
2-7 days prior to delivery: 75% refund
0-1 days prior to delivery: 75% refund for bookings 14 days or more, and 50% refund for bookings of 1-14 days.
Once delivered: Bookings 1-14 days will receive no refund. Bookings greater than 14 days will receive a refund of 50% of the remaining days in the contract but will forfeit the prep/delivery/fuel fees.
If there is a mechanical issue with the vehicle that prevents its safe use, please refer to the “BREAK DOWNS AND LOSS OF USE” section below.
BREAK DOWNS AND LOSS OF USE
If the LESSEE suffers a breakdown or damage of the vehicle, they must notify Blue Blood Golf Cart within 24 hours. Blue Blood Golf Cart, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the vehicle at its earliest opportunity, or provide a pro-rated refund for the loss of use. Pro-rated refunds are calculated as the total price of the rental divided by the number of days booked, times the number of days of lost use. Blue Blood Golf Cart will not be responsible for any third-party replacement vehicle or its cost , nor any other compensation or consequential damages or costs. Loss of use as a result of customer neglect, loss, damage, theft, vandalism, a failure to charge or fuel the vehicle or lack of routine maintenance will be the responsibility of the LESSEE, no refund will be given, and the LESSEE may be responsible for addition service calls or repair fees. Determination of the responsible party resulting in a Loss of Use shall be the sole discretion of Blue Blood Golf Cart. Issues which do not affect the safe operation of the vehicle do not constitute of “Loss of Use”, such as, but not limited to, cosmetic issues, noises, exhaust fumes. Vehicle speed is typically 13-19mph – slow vehicle speed relative to other vehicles does not constitute a breakdown or mechanical problem, and as such, no repair or substitution will be made nor any refund given.
NOTE: BLUE BLOOD GOLF CART’S OBLIGATIONS IN THE EVENT OF A BREAK-DOWN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRO-RATED REFUND AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
YOUR ACCOUNT
By using this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. This site sells and rents products to adults. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We, our dealers and our affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
PRIVACY
Blue Blood Golf Cart WILL NEVER share, trade, sell or lease any of your personal information to any unrelated third parties for their own marketing use unless required by our costumers directly. Reasons for which we use your information:

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with our express written consent. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any of our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing our name or trademarks without our express written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by us. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the Home page of this site so long as the link does not portray us, our dealers, or our products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any of our logos or other proprietary graphics or trademarks as part of the link our without express written permission.
DELIVERY SCHEDULING
We cannot guarantee a specific time of day that our truck will arrive on the day of delivery or pickup. Our normal delivery hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. If you have special delivery time needs, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Rentals booked with a delivery of 1 week leadtime or less are subject to delivery truck availability.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
LESSEE shall be responsible for charging or fueling the Vehicle(s) or Equipment, maintaining proper battery electrolyte levels monthly (if equipped), maintaining proper tire pressure, and keeping the Vehicle(s) or Equipment clean and in good order. Any repair expenses caused by abuse or negligent operation, or use of the Vehicle(s) or Equipment for other than intended purposes, will be the responsibility of the LESSEE. Please note that golf carts, like any vehicle through normal operation and maintenance, can and may stain the surfaces upon which they are driven and parked, such as those caused by battery acid/condensate, fuel, oil, grease, rust, sand, grass, or soil. No compensation will be offered for driveway, garage, or other surfaces that are stained or damaged. Blue Blood Golf Cart encourages you to add a Parking Pad to protect sensitive surfaces where vehicles are parked.
SECURITY
The LESSEE shall operate and store the Vehicle(s) or Equipment only in the community in which the vehicle was delivered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the LESSOR and LESSEE. The vehicle shall not be re-transported to any location not agreed herein. The LESSEE agrees to remove all keys from the Vehicle(s) or Equipment and store in a safe location within the perimeters of the rental address.
SAFETY
The LESSEE agrees that all authorized drivers must be a minimum of TWENTY-FIVE (25) YEARS OLD with a valid driver’s license. LESSEE agrees that the Vehicle(s) occupancy will not be exceeded. LESSEE agrees that cargo shall be carried only upon designated Utility Vehicle(s) and not upon passenger carts. In no event shall anything be carried upon the roof of any vehicle at any time. LESSEE agrees to operate the Vehicle(s) or Equipment within the rules and regulations set forth by the community or authority to which the vehicle was delivered.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
LESSEE shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Vehicle(s) or Equipment from any cause whatsoever and that the LESSEE will, upon expiration or termination of this lease, return all said Vehicle(s) or Equipment to LESSOR in good working order, the Vehicle(s) or Equipment shall be in the same conditions they were once it was first delivered to the LESSEE. LESSEE shall be solely responsible for any loss, theft, damage, fire, destruction, or vandalism by any person, act, or event whatsoever during the lease period. Battery chargers shall be kept away from water or rain at all times.
DAMAGE PAYMENTS
The LESSEE agrees to make immediate payment for all loss or damages, unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing by both parties, per the following schedule:
Bent/Damaged Wheel/Tire: $100 (std.), $350 (premium.)
Torn/Damaged Seat bottom/back, or SillyString: $350 each
Bent/Damaged Frame, Transaxle or Engine: $2,500 each
Bent/Damaged Lower Suspension: $300
Bent/Damaged Rack or Column: $750
Damaged Front Body: $400
Damaged Rear Body: $600
Bent/Damaged Roof Support: $250
56” Roof: $400
80” Roof: $600
116” Roof: $800
Mirror: $100
Headlight or Tail Light Assembly: $200 each
Bumper: $200
Windshield: $200
Rocker Panel: $150
Lost Key: $20
Total Vehicle Loss: List Price ($7,000 to $12,000)
Lost or Inoperable Charger: $600
The LESSOR reserves the right to collect additional damages, fees or charges in connection with said damage, collision, or negligence. If your rental vehicle has preexisting damage (i.e., damaged body, tears in seating, cracked windshield, etc.), this must be reported to Blue Blood Golf Cart at the time of delivery, but not later than 24 hours after the time of delivery. Normal wear and tear includes tire wear, corrosion, mold, scuffs, chips, fading, deterioration.
COLLECTIONS
If LESSEE fails to pay when due any rent or other amounts required under this lease, LESSEE shall pay to LESSOR a service charge of 5% of the delinquent amount, or USD $10.00, whichever is greater, plus interest of 1.5% per month from the due date until the date paid. In the event that this lease is referred to LESSOR’s Attorney or Small Claims Court to collect any amounts due hereunder, or to gain possession of the Vehicle(s), or to enforce any other rights of the LESSOR, LESSEE agrees to pay LESSOR all reasonable Attorney’s or collection fees in connection therewith.
NOTE: BLUE BLOOD GOLF CART WILL AGGRESSIVELY PURSUE THE TIMELY COLLECTION OF ALL PAYMENTS DUE.
