If a rental is initially scheduled for delivery or pickup on a weekend, our office will contact you to coordinate and reschedule the service to the nearest available business day.
CANCELATION POLICY
7+ days prior to delivery: 100% refund
2-7 days prior to delivery: 75% refund
0-1 days prior to delivery: 75% refund for bookings 14 days or more, and 50% refund for bookings of 1-14 days.
Once delivered: Bookings 1-14 days will receive no refund. Bookings greater than 14 days will receive a refund of 50% of the remaining days in the contract but will forfeit the prep/delivery/fuel fees.
If there is a mechanical issue with the vehicle that prevents its safe use, please refer to the “BREAK DOWNS AND LOSS OF USE” section below.
